The Leadership 9 class is coordinating a school-wide Purdy’s Chocolates fundraiser. Â Funds will go towards supporting various student activities.
DEADLINE FOR ORDERS – Tuesday, November 15th
DELIVERY – orders will be ready by Friday, December 9th
PRIZES – the top three sellers will receive $100, $50, and $20 respectively.
IMPORTANT
- buyer’s name, seller’s name and TAG must be on each form
- cheques are payable to Dr. Kearney Middle School
- make sure you ADD 12% tax
- there is NO shipping charge
- put orders with payment in zip lock bags and hand in to the office
