For next year we are offering parents and guardians the opportunity to purchase school supplies through School Start.  This is completely optional.  Regardless of how you plan to purchase school supplies, you can click on the correct link at the bottom of this post.

There are two ways to order:

• download and print the appropriate order form(s) below.  Fill out the form and return it to the school by June 21st with a cheque made out to School Start.  You can also pay by credit card.
• go online to www.schoolstart.ca  You will need to create an account with them and then sign in.  You can pay using Visa or Mastercard.

Deadline for orders is June 21st, 2013.  If you order online during the summer and before Sept. 16th, there is a late charge of $5. School supplies will be delivered to DKMS the last week in August and will be distributed the first week in September.

Please note that there is a starter package and additional items list.  The starter package is a full package.  The additional items are still required; however, you can order specific items from that list that you do not already have.
