Lockdown Drill #2

On Wednesday, May 25th we will be having our second lockdown drill for this year.  This one will take place during the common lunch.
We have spoken with the RCMP and district safe schools coordinator regarding the protocols of a lockdown during unstructured time.  This week we will meet with all students and discuss where they should go and what should they do during the lockdown drill at lunch.  TAG teachers will review this information with their students.

1st Annual Charity Musical Cafe & Silent Auction

You are invited to the 1st Annual Charity Musical Cafe and Silent Auction in memory of our colleague Rebecca Young.
All proceeds will be donated to the Rebecca Young Scholarship Fund to benefit NPSS students graduating in 2016.

Frontier Horsemanship Postponed

Due to the wildfires in the area, the Frontier Horsemanship program is postponed today.  Students will go to their regularly scheduled classes.
 

Grade 9 Placements for Grade 10

Letters indicating where grade 9 students have been placed for Grade 10 will be distributed today (Friday) at the end of the day  in Block D.  These letters are not available earlier. If your child is absent today or leaving early,

Spring Break!

Friday, March 19th is the last day of school before a two week long Spring Break.
School re-opens on Monday April 4th – Day 2.

Grade 9s! Important Information!

Click the link below for the Course Information/Campus Preference form for Grade 10. These must be turned into the DKMS office by Wednesday, March 9th.  Forms were taken to classes on Thursday. Students who were away/skiing can get a copy of this form at the office window.

Winter Activity Day!

March 3rd we are celebrating WINTER!
Students have options from a day at Worsley, bowling, swimming, art activity, to games in the gym or a movie in the library.
