What is the FSA?

The Foundation Skills Assessment (FSA) is a set of reading, writing, and numeracy assessments administered to BC students every year in Grades 4 and 7. They are the first two of four provincial assessments: Grade 4 FSA,

DKMS will be hosting a Book Fair on Oct 23-27. Parents are encouraged to attend during the afternoons in the Library or after school on Oct 24th and 26th. The attached pamphlet is a taste of what we will have available.

Our talented Musical Theatre 8/9 students will be presenting Oliver this year. Auditions begin next week, Monday October 2 – Friday October 6.  Sign up for auditions will be in the Drama Room.

Cookie Dough Fundraiser –

The Dr. Kearney staff invites all parents and guardians to our 2017 Open House on Thursday September 28th, 6:30-7:30. We will meet in the gym at 6:30 for staff introductions.

What a busy, exciting and fun week here at Dr. Kearney! We started off the week with our new Grade 7 students, followed by two days of Spirit Week activities. Friday was our first official day of classes.
