The transportation department of SD 60 has cancelled school buses for Wed. December 18th due to road and weather conditions. Schools are still open and in session. If your child is going to be absent, please call the office at 250-785-8378.

Buses Not Running Monday
Because of weather conditions Sunday and forecasts for Monday, Dave Sloan, Superintendent, and Mike Fitzgerald, Supervisor of Transportation, have cancelled SD 60 school buses for Monday, December 2nd.
DKMS will be open and classes will run as usual.
Parent Letter
During TAG Tuesday, October 29th, students will be given a letter to take home to parents. The topic of the letter is The Role of the School in Harm Reduction. All classes will attend a presentation in the month of November that is designed to give students information that will help them know what to do if they or their friends are at risk for hurting themselves. To view the letter,

Europe Trip
There is a Europe Trip meeting for parents on Thursday, October 3rd at 7 pm in the school library.

all visitors MUST report to the office – former students need the approval of the principal or vice-principal in order to visit
Grade 7 and 8 students are not allowed to leave the campus UNLESS parents/guardians have signed the permission form (sent home in the package) allowing them to go HOME,
